He 5âmendoas restaurant is located in the vitória stone hotel. We are a city restaurant, open every day to the general public, and always rivileging the best that alentejo has to offer. Our restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and has a private dining room where we can make cooking classes. We consider our gastronomy as traditional, although with a touch of sophistication. Alentejo’s essence is present throughout our menu, where you can find local cheeses, sausages, olive oils, meats, herbs, honey and many other alentejo products. Most of the products we use in our kitchen come from alentejo, privileging the small local producers and the certified products. Our wine list is also focused on the great wines from alentejo. We take into consideration all our clients’ needs, and provide a menu with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
