Moon River Silk Dining appears to be a relatively new place on the Chao Phraya River, in Nonthaburi. It has a fairly nice river view, although a little disrupted by a power line pole and lines. Service is friendly. Nice to see happy faces. The food was a mixed bag: the fried crab roll is very good; fried rice in pineapple is also recommended.
