In 2009, Maritza M. Ellis, Executive Chef and Owner, made a decisive decision to open a Caribbean and Costeñan Restaurant in the lively multicultural neighborhood of El Cangrejo, Panama. This decision, was motivated by her foresight to revive authentic Caribbean and Costeñan cuisine in Panama. The restaurant is maked by a flare of Home Cooking while maintaining the traditional Caribbean and Costeñan traditional ways of cooking. The Restaurant offers one of a kind cuisine during lunch and Dinner. Other events include: Happy Hours, Wednesday Night of Dice (whereby by the throw of the dice you determine the cost of your cocktail), Executive Menu, Karaoke Night on Friday, Occasional live music on Saturday, Catering, and hosting of small to medium size groups and private events.
