Nice change from the ordinary. Calvos is a taste of Spain. The owner is enthusiastic and ready to please. Dishes not typical for Ecuador. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The menu has Spanish cuisine as well as burgers etc. On this visit the burger special had a tomato onion marmalade with creamy goat cheese, awesome combination. The french fries at Calvo are off the chain good. The classic burger is piled high with lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion rings and more. Highly recommend!
