Our previous editions have achieved great acceptance by the attendees and participants, because beyond showing the wide gastronomic offer of our hollows, we have been able to provide important spaces such as the Raices Fair that exhibits traditional and innovative products; our dynamic congresses where interesting talks are exhibited by national and international exhibitors; and the outstanding Culinary Cup of Ecuador, which promotes the talent and professionalism of young people and adults in the country, who with their creativity and knowledge will compete for scholarships granted by the Basque Culinary Center and the Paul Bocuse Institute.
