A little about us. We are centrally located in Ås Sentrum. The restaurant opened in June 2014, owned and operated by two food lovers. Here we focus with all our heart on choosing the right and best ingredients from the selected living conditions by season. Be it meat, fish, shellfish, vegetables, cheese, herbs, mushrooms, cured foods, berries, fruits, beer and wine.
