Helados PIRE is a family business that has its origins in Gral. Alvear, Mendoza, in the last years of the 1940s at the hands of a family of Italian immigrants, who thanks to the effort and daily work managed to make ice creams whose quality lasts until today. Our grandparents carried out all the tasks, including the distribution and the street sale, walking the streets with carts that were recognized by all, as we can see in this photograph of the time. In 1986 a PIRE Ice Cream Shop is installed in the city of Neuquen and branches in different places in the area. Our ice creams are manufactured daily, using top quality raw materials, dried fruits, creams and chocolates, in a completely artisanal way, which guarantees their freshness and flavor.
