HR:Od svoga osnutka 1949. godine pa do danas, ova je pekarsko-slastičarska kuća postala sinonim za tradiciju, kvalitetu, slatke delicije i mjesto na kojem počinjete dan uz mirise svježe ispečenoga kruha ili kakvih drugih pekarskih proizvoda. Split je rastao, razvijao se, mijenjali su se trendovi, odgajale se generacije, ali ono što je svima zajedničko jest da su u sjećanja Dalmatinaca utkane brojne uspomene vezane za Bobis i njegove delicije. Put od izrade; pečenja ili zamjesa, do vašeg stola isprepleten je pomnom obradom i pažljivo biranim sastojcima umiješanima po starim recepturama naših baka i djedova. Prateći razvoj moderne tehnologije, ulagali smo u nova postrojenja u proizvodnji, pažljivo pritom čuvajući duh drevnoga Splita u našim proizvodima te okuse i mirise koje pamtimo iz ranih dana našega djetinjstva. Naša je misija očuvati gušte domaće tradicije uz konstantno ulaganje kako u nove tehnologije tako i u najviše standarde proizvodnje.
