The small halvah business that the granddad established, within the years flourished and became a biscuit factory that contributed to the Aegean Region economy. Metin while dealing with the industrial food on different sectors professionally, found the happiness in dessert, cake and pastry making, as an amateur. Wanting to diversify this hobby that he gets a lot of pleasure from into a profession, he goes to Paris which has a leading role in pastry.
