Gelato gusto is a traditional Italian ice cream parlour with an inviting and stylish atmosphere located in the heart of Brighton's North Laine. The gelateria offers a bright, stylish and friendly atmosphere set over two floors. We are passionate about our gelato that is made fresh each day in our lab above the shop using milk and cream from a local Sussex dairy. Gelato Gusto was set up by BAFTA Award winning producer/ director Jon Adams after decided to quit the daily commute between Hove and London's King's Cross to spend more time with his family and make his dream of becoming an artisan gelato producer a reality. After training at the University of Gelato in Bologna, Italy, Gelato Gusto opened in Brighton's North Laine in March 2012. You can enjoy a range of up to 30 constantly changing gelato and sorbetto flavours. We also offer a range of traditional desserts from Knickerbocker Glory, Sundaes, to salted caramel brownies, Belgian Waffles, semifreddo and tiramisu desserts. You can also make your own milkshake choosing from 3 different gelato or sorbetto flavours to create your own bespoke concoction. Our team of friendly staff also serve freshly ground coffee, thick Italian hot chocolate and a range of teas to accompany our gelato and desserts. We can make bespoke flavours to suit your taste and gelato cakes that are made to order. You can also buy our takeaway tubs to enjoy our gelato at your leisure.
