The pastry comes from a local small bakery. It is fresh daily, prepared by hand and according to a special recipe. • The meat is supplied daily by a fresh local butcher. We do not add anything to meat from domestic farms except spices. • We prepare sauces from quality ingredients and according to our own recipes. • We prepare homemade sparkling lemonades from syrups of our own production.
