We are a young Erfurt family company. The passion for cooking, eating and enjoying is in our blood. Nothing was therefore more natural to transform our passion into a business idea and put it into practice. In times of fast food and an increasingly hectic society, there is unfortunately less and less time for cooking and healthy eating. With our offer, it was therefore important to us to find a way between burgers with fries and beef fillet with truffles. We want to offer you a quick, fresh, high quality and inexpensive meal. For this we make use of the most popular side dish in Germany: the noodle. Noodles are versatile, creative and can be prepared very quickly. All of our dishes are to take away or to enjoy on site. With dedication and experience we prepare a tasty and innovative dish. We attach great importance to seasonal products that mainly come from the region. This is how we guarantee high quality. Fresh herb pots are not just a decoration on our tables. Convince yourself of our freshness! You can individually compose all dishes according to your appetite and watch them being prepared. We use special "pasta boxes" (fold pak) that, unlike assistants, keep the food warm longer. In an environmentally friendly way, we also guarantee you fresh and high-quality food beyond the shop door.
