A visit to Sibylla should feel a bit like coming home. Our dear competitors may apologize, but we have saturated Swedish stomachs long before they could even spell the word fast food. As early as 1932 we served our first sausage. Since then, we have served millions and again millions of guests. Through raging world war, wild hippie times, oil crises, stock markets and IT times. We have grilled sausages and burgers in big cities, small towns and villages in the countryside. In squares, along the roads, in sports arenas and in shopping malls. And if there is anything we have learned over the years, it is to cook really good food. A sausage should be cooked so it clings to a little in the skin when you take a bite. Crispy strips go directly from deep frying to serving. And the key to the perfect thin bread roll is a light and airy mashed potato. This is religion for us. But sure, the world is changing. We are proud of our fast food tradition, but over the years we have expanded our views. Today, we are a nationwide fast food chain with well-trained staff, a well thought-out concept and more and more modern restaurants. Sausages and burgers have been joined by kebabs, chicken, vegetarian and much more! The basis for our fast food and operations is always the same - fresh ingredients, knowledge and experience.
