Wonderfully simple, fantastically fresh, packed with the flavors of the sun and sea, Apiron cuisine is as Greek as it could possibly get. Santorini’s sun-ripened tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, freshly picked herbs, wild capers, and the seasonal vegetables which grow on the island, are the inspiration for Apiron’s delicious dishes. Dishes prepared with love and passion, just like the freshly made eggplant salad, prepared at your presence. One thing is certain: you won’t find designer interiors or fancy nouvelle cuisine at Apiron. The restaurant remains steadfastly faithful to Greece’s age old traditions and the simple, flavor packed cuisine of Santorini. Apiron’s cuisine is proudly traditional. Menus feature all of the island’s best loved dishes as well as a selection of classic Greek specialties. All-time favorites include sea-bass fricassee, and the chef’s legendary shrimps kritharotto. Needless to say, the fish is always wonderfully fresh and clients can even ask to cook a favorite recipe with one day notice! The wine list features several of the finest Greek wines.
