Sea cuisine, Restaurant Ápice is the first in the heritage area of Valparaíso dedicated exclusively to sea cuisine. Alexandra Poignant, French, pastry chef, and Ivan Lara, Chilean, chef, are their owners and both have their training in the Brittany Region, France. Ápice develops a kitchen and pastry shop with nods to French cuisine, working with small producers and signature wines exclusively from the Valparaíso region.
