The main premise of our place is freshness and the highest quality product, our card is built so that every day we can get a different fish on the plate. Most freshwater fish come from our family farm, which is located in the Lubelskie Province near Chełm; we have been running it for 20 years and fish food is cereals from our family crops. We import sea fish and seafood from France, the Netherlands and Italy; we put a lot of emphasis on the fishing place - that's why you won't find fish from the Baltic Sea, which is already overfished, in our offer. Sea rarities come to us 6 times a week in small quantities only for the needs of our restaurant. Some say that 50 species of fish will get us .... ba! Even more! However, not at one time but at the turn of the year! :)
