Tuzla My parents learned the mussel business in Izmir. When we came to Isbanbul, I started selling mussels in front of Tevfik Sağlam Elementary School in Şişhane at the age of eight. At 12 years old I continued to sell my mates in a mobile platform in front of the old Kemanci Bar in Taksim Siraselviler. When the loom started to empty in a short time and when there were more requests for more, I opened my shop in Beyoğlu Balk Pazan in 2003 and I started this shop for five years.
