Salzburg Schokolade is an Austrian family business and confectionery manufacturer with a long tradtion. The company headquarters and the production are located at the chocolate plant in Grödig – just outside the Mozart city of Salzburg. Here, everything revolves around chocolate and its processing. The product assortment includes not only fine pralines, but also the iconic Austrian sweet, the Bobby bar, as well as delicately thin wafer products, chocolate-coated specialities, and much more. Furthermore, under the brand name nordpol, semi-finished products (couvertures, glazes, nougat, fondant, etc.) of the highest quality are produced for professionals such as bakers and confectioners.
