The company was founded on 29.03.1962 by Heinz Austerschmidt. In the early years, customers in North Rhine-Westphalia and southern Lower Saxony were supplied with fresh bread every day. Since the mid-90s, we have been producing deep-frozen bread to allow the experience of freshly-baked bread to be enjoyed.
