Ludo van Twuijver started Food for the Mood with the intention of offering high quality, distinctive catering, which above all had to be affordable. Ludo is a true entrepreneur and very passionate about his field, and has more than 26 years of culinary and organizational experience. For example, he took on the role of executive chef at various restaurants and renowned party catering companies. All this comes together in Food for the Mood Catering & Events, which saw the light of day in the spring of 2010.
