Initially the current sentence was "Swabian Specialties", the current company was founded on April 1, 1968 by Erwin Settele in New Ulm / Ellerbroek. In the first time, Erwin Settele senior provided businessmen with various types of butchers, canteens, hotels and restaurants with pasta bags, mayonnaise and various salads. The temporary expansion was completed in 2010. An additional production and packaging area of 4,500 square meters has been established, which should ensure the company's ability to deliver in the near future. Settele today is one of the leading companies in Swabian specialties, fresh and frozen, and stands with its 260 employees for excellent quality and freshness.
