Mainstream are dedicated to producing premium Barramundi grown in 1,500 year old pristine spring water extracted from geothermal basins. We successfully export over 1 million fingerlings internationally and sell approximately 200 tonne of chilled product each month. We do not believe in using any hormones or antibiotics on our fish and our high standards of products presentation are “all natural”. Our fillets and portions are thick, firm and extremely white looking due to the environment they are grown in. It might sound silly but the team at Mainstream put a lot of love in to the production of our fish!
