Mieles del Tío Juan Cruz is a project born from the hand of the company Apícola Cuartero in 1981. This is the continuation of a small farm of hives administered by Juan Cruz himself. His son wanted to honor him by naming the company with his name, to honor his figure and his effort and continue the tradition. Gradually it has been achieving boost the family business, growing to about 3.000 hives spread all over the Spanish geography. The company is located under the shelter of the Moncayo, Aragón famous mountain wrapped between large blooms and therefore full of valuable resources for honey production.
