In 1993, MIchel and Li -eve began milk processing to increase the added value of milk produced. After intensive training at Groene Poorte in Bruges, they opened a small, cozy store at the back of the farm. Soon, the emphasis was on refined, ready-made ice cream desserts, which made it more and more busy. Miles works with great care for detail and quality. Therefore, each step in the production is carefully analyzed to avoid errors. Some fresh milk is prepared daily for making ice cream. After maturing for one night, it turns into ice. Depending on the needs, this ice cream is sprayed in boxes or molds. Ice cream cake is a very laborious product, as it goes through many stages. At the end of the cake is prepared at the request of the customer. All raw materials are genuine, quality products, because that is what Mili means!
