We have been producing cheeses for over 130 years, since 1889. The dairy has been in the hands of the same family since the beginning, thus preserving the original Italian recipes in cheese making for over a century, such as our mozzarella, caccio cava, butternut squash, fresh ricotta and smoked ricotta.
