Founded in 1952 by Fareed Khalaf Sr, Khalaf Stores was the first self-service retail outlet in Jordan; importing brands for its retail, as well as distribution across the country. Today, the company solely focuses on distributing premium brands and is split into three different divisions: FMCG distribution, Khalaf Wines & Spirits, and Superbrands (mainly handling premium coffee business, notably Nespresso).
