Mr. Mehmet Altınkılıç, the founder of our company, began to carry out the cheese trade activities thereof at a workplace with an area of 17 m2 in Unkapanı district of Istanbul province in 1976 after starting to work as an apprentice in the sector in 1957 in an outstanding company of Turkey.. Kefir can be defined as a fermented milk drink. It is a delicious dairy product with the slightly sour aroma thereof resembling thick ayran or watery yoghurt and its refreshing taste. On the other hand its miraculous secrets are hidden in the yeast and bacteria contained thereby. The yeast and bacteria are formed during fermentation process.
