The company started the production of dairy products as a father's business in 1994 by three brothers and the first white cheese was produced. Birsüt Milk and Food Mam. Ltd. Sti., Konya in central Turkey's most important cheese 3000 m² closed, the company, which has 8,000 square meters of outdoor space; With its modern machinery, equipment and laboratories and experienced engineers and technical staff, it continues its activities by producing high quality and healthy products under extremely hijnenic conditions. The daily capacity of the enterprise is 200 tons of milk and 90 tons of milk is being processed and 50 people are employed.
