TEA IMPORT VAN AELST was founded in 1863 by Petrus Johannes Van Aelst. His knowledge and passion for tea were passed on from father to son in order to end up with Seppe Van Aelst after five generations. Since 1996, Seppe Van Aelst has taken over the management of the business. Together with his sister Barbara, he runs this family business, which today consists of two divisions: tea and, in addition, herbs and spices. Seppe van Aelst takes care of the tea and Barbara sets out the lines in the herbs and spices division.
