Dan Cake - Company History Dan Cake was founded in 1931 by Jens Ekildsen, In 1966, another production expansion was made. Dan Cake becomes an independent company again. The main shareholder of Givesco A / S is Erling Eskildsen, Today Dan Cake produces 19 product groups and about 350 different products. The assortment includes brownies, crescents, small cakes, pancakes, foil cakes, fresh cakes, Muffins and of course the popular pastry rolls. Characteristic of pastry rolls is the airy-light dough, with selected summer fruits like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, but also banana flavor ennobled and then rolled up. In addition to the fruity variants, there are still marzipan and cocoa rolls.
