Since 1994, the MIVOK plant has specialized in the production of potato flakes using Swiss technology. The production capacity of the enterprise is based on equipment manufactured in Holland. Employees of the plant undergo internships and receive qualifications in collaborative European countries. Potato flakes companies acquire in the regions of Russia. Some of the plant’s products are made from special potato varieties grown in specialized farms. Such products belong to the Premium class and are in demand in the Russian market.
