Our history… In 2004, after facing the intense crisis that shook the country, a group of small entrepreneurs from Entre Ríos decided to join together to start developing a productive project, starting Fadel S.A. In the first years a pig farming establishment is acquired, an activity that over the years was professionalized, currently having gestation, insemination, maternity, fattening and air conditioning sectors. This production until today is still marketed on foot. In 2007, a balanced feed processing plant was incorporated, for the collection of raw materials and its subsequent process to achieve the nutrition of the pig farm; as well as starting a new activity, broiler broiler by system of integration with poultry producers in the region. At the beginning of 2012, with great effort and satisfaction we managed to put our own slaughterhouse into operation, generating new jobs for a hundred families in the pronunciation area. In 2013 we incorporated an establishment of breeding hens, generating new jobs for more than 40 families in the Jubilee area. With this incorporation, we seek to achieve a better control of the productive circuit, in an area totally isolated from all contamination and we begin to develop the beginning of the productive process by taking the eggs to a small hatchery in the city of Colon. By 2015, production had doubled, so it was necessary to incorporate another grain collection and conditioning plant in the city of Villa Elisa. Already in 2017, due to the complex economic situation of the country, we had to venture to diversify into a new business unit, we incorporated a cattle ranching establishment, an activity that took us more than a year of learning and conditioning, in Currently, it is paying off in the market, positioning a good final result for standing sales. What to say of 2018, was the year of consolidation of the company. In the first semester we managed to inaugurate our own incubation plant, with the latest technology to achieve total efficiency at births, this incorporation also brought the good news of generating new jobs for the town of San José. While in the second semester a new breeding facility was incorporated, to optimize the productive capacity of the hatchery. At the same time we achieved a desired goal that was to consolidate ourselves in foreign markets, we obtained qualifications to commercialize with the main importing destinations of poultry, thus adding more than 40 countries to which we are enabled to export.
