"ROLMEX" S.J. was established in early 1990’s. The past years of its business can be briefly summerized as rapid development and diverse transformations. At the onset it was independent production dried vegetables and spices. Due to the growing market demand the domestic sales network developed dynamically, which considering the central location of Kalisz, made it possible to supply goods to the customer within 48 hours of placing an order. In order to ensure timely delivery and high quality of goods we increased import from the Middle and Far East, South and Central Americas and enlarged the acreage of our suppliers’ vegetables intended for dried material, grocery concentrates and components for our brand spice mixes. Our specialization involves obtaining high quality products by adding value (washing, selection etc.) and meeting the customer’s high expectations in terms of quality, delivery date, a complete range of vegetables in their original and processed forms in accordance with the manufacturing process. Investments followed in order to extend the manufacturing and storing base and to purchase means of transportation, which placed us among leading companies in this sector in the Polish market. Today we import and export spices for meat and confectionary processing, dried vegetables, grocery concentrates and supply goods to the domestic market. We serve a few hundred domestic wholesales, food and processing plants and the like. We have significant customers in Russia, Ukraine, European Union member states with which we keep regular business contacts resulting in systematic sales of our goods. To strengthen our position in the domestic and foreign markets we participate in fairs, domestic and foreign commodity markets, which yields measurable benefits in form of contracts. In order to ensure proper quality and hygiene of sold goods we are under constant supervision of authorized entities (WIJHARS, State Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed Production, State County Sanitary Inspectorate). All of our products hold required certificates admitting them to turnover. The above factors as well as still growing requirements of our customers made us in 2000 begin to develop and implement the PN ISO 9002 compliant quality management system, which let us enter a very narrow group of companies meeting high expectations of offered goods. In December 2003 we implemented the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2000. Since 2001 the certified HACCP system has been in place in the Company. In October 2013 we implemented the Food Safety Management System Iso 22000:2005.
