Established in 1992, Haiha- Kotobuki was the joint venture of Kotobuki Corporation Japan (71%) and Hai Ha Vietnam company (21%). Later, in 2005, the shares were officially altered to: Vinataba Vietnam (70%) and Kotobuki (30%).
