As the name indicates, the coffee beans come from Haiti and roasted in-house for optimum freshness. Elda Thorisson-Faurelien opened Café Haiti in 2007 and is the owner of the place. There is a steady stream of coffee-loving customers who come to enjoy Elda’s freshly roasted coffee every day, which she imports from her home country. Elda is well familiar with coffee, working in a coffee field from a young age in her home region Elda loves serving and working with coffee and in addition to serving espresso, cappuccino, café latte and other coffee drinks originated in Italy, Elda offers her customers Turkish and Arabic coffee, not to forget the classic infusion coffee.
