Installed rue Saint-Maur, the Balls specializes in dumplings. In the menu there are 5 different Balls meatballs: beef (popular), lamb, chicken, pork and even vegetarian dumpling (! Yep) "Our balls are chopped assemblies on site every day meat, we care to choose the right herbs, spices and condiments. Finally, they must be toasted just right and fluffy inside.
