That is why we decided many years ago to offer almost exclusively certified meat from Uruguay. What is special about it? After an educational trip in February 2017, we can only say everything! From the birth of the animal, through the rearing programs, through the way of animal husbandry, to stress-free slaughter according to the concept of Temple Grandin, Uruguay sets standards that can hardly be found in Europe. INAC, Uruguay's national meat institute, monitors the standards and is responsible for compliance with them. Therefore we are able to offer you a top quality product with a clear conscience - you will taste it!
