Mladen Ivanovic, the owner and grill master, has many years of experience in the professional kitchen sector in Lüneburg. In order to be able to offer his guests consistent quality, he himself is in the kitchen 7 days a week and only puts high-quality meat from Argentinian cattle on the lava stone grill for the various steak variations.
