The arepa is a 100% corn product (white or yellow), without added fat, flour, preservatives, which, besides being nutritious and natural, it is part of Colombian and Venezuelan gastronomy. We develop the traditional recipe of cooking the dried corn kernel, grinding it, kneading it and filling it (in the case of cheese).
