Small group dining experience. The opening appetite was amazing and plentiful. The service was impeccable with our waitress filling a glass of champagne / wine throughout the night. The dinner itself was great but not as excellent as the first 2 courses. Now my expectations may have been very high after the opening dishes but my 4 table seems to be agreed. My only recommendation would be to do something more dramatic for dessert than the ice cream dish served tonight. Overall a wonderful night and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was very unique.
