Our philosophy is based in the traditional smokehouses of the southern United States, where they choose the best cuts of meat to be smoked gently for hours in their own juices with heat from an indirect fire. Following traditional pitmasters practices, the smokehouse is a daily ritual in which all types of meats are prepared at the beginning of the day and are served until they are sold out. So that when you arrive at our smokehouse, you enjoy our meats at their best as they come out of our smoker, juicy and with the smoke meat aromas that the traditional smokehouse is known for.
