Restaurant and steakhouse Monte BU is the only restaurant in Brno to bring you a unique gourmet experience in the form of meat from its own factory. We choose for you with the utmost care the best beef from Czech organic farms and American premium meats. The meat then matures in our country for more than 60 days, which gives it a unique taste. Our master butchers then process the meat into many of today's neglected lots and pieces, which we bring back to the table, rediscovered. We have also recently added Japanese Wagyu beef to our menu and, as the only one in Brno, a tomahawk steak and porterhouse. In addition, we have a heated garden for you with almost year-round operation.
