CATTLE BARON The Waterfront Grill Room and Bar is located in the Capital Mirage Building on the corner of Chiappiniand Beach Street, Cape Town CBD. Owned by franchisor, Ronnie Dick, this is one of the trendiest steakhouse concepts in Cape Town. The Grill Room is a reminiscent of a private dining room with rich wooden tables, stylish table runners and intimate booth seating while the ideal bar area creates the ideal setting for unwind with a cocktail. Our menu features many dining favorites however we are most renowned for our mouth-watering steaks. The secret of our success lies in the preparation and maturation of our meat. Our perfectly-aged grainfed beef is wet-aged for 28 days ensuring our steaks are consistently juicy, tender and full of flavor.
