CATTLE BARON The Waterfront Grill Room and Bar is located in the Capital Mirage Building on the corner of Chiappiniand Beach Street, Cape Town CBD. Owned by franchisor, Ronnie Dick, this is one of the trendiest steakhouse concepts in Cape Town. The Grill Room is a reminiscent of a private dining room with rich wooden tables, stylish table runners and intimate booth seating while the ideal bar area creates the ideal setting for unwind with a cocktail. Our menu features many dining favorites however we are most renowned for our mouth-watering steaks. The secret of our success lies in the preparation and maturation of our meat. Our perfectly-aged grainfed beef is wet-aged for 28 days ensuring our steaks are consistently juicy, tender and full of flavor. Cattle Baron is home to The Original, famous, flaming Chateaubriand fillet steak served perfectly every time. Other signature dishes that have remained our menu for over 3 decades include our legendary connoisseur steak, the 600g Fat Tuesday Rump / Sirloin, our exclusive 600g T-Bone as well as our renowned Green Pepper Fillet Madagascar and our unique stuffed Carpetbagger fillet steak.
