Frida's blue house in Quito is the ideal place to delight in the colors, aromas and flavors of a taqueria that has no equal. Frida brings a piece of the Aztec country to La Floresta and arrives with the ambition to occupy a space that has not existed in Ecuador: that of the authentic Mexican taqueria. Our culinary proposal is daring, but simple. It is a space in which a simple plate of tacos hides a preparation that requires great precision: from the reddish secret adobo "al pastor" to the handmade corn tortillas and the molcajete sauces.
