Our story began in 1965 as a small artisan butcher shop in Istanbul’s historic 'Bostanci' neighbourhood. Our vision then is the same as it is today; we wish to share our passion for 'quality meat' with the world, showcased through creativity, craftsmanship and traditional hospitality. Today we are proud to continue our journey, and honour this legacy with over 40 award-winning and well-respected restaurants all around the world.
