My name is Arthur Samuel, I come from Sri Lanka and am the Chef at the Astana Central Hotel in the new The Brunch Restaurant & Bar. I have been working in the hospitality industry for 34 years. . For many years I have tried various cuisines in different countries of the world and feel like an expert in the field of international cuisine, but what I really love is creating new dishes - this is my passion.
