What a splendid place! And who would have known, Bishkek! Setting is wonderful on a sunny and warm autumn day. Like a giant villa around Lago Maggiore. I know this is for the few in the austere and far away capital of Kyrgyzstan, but they really nail it here. Wonderful and crispy fresh ingredients and excellent execution. Well seasoned Kazan and other tasty kebabs, knock-out local puffed bread, explosive and fresh salads, gently seasoned, A tasty bottle of Chianti wine, Italian coffe, shot of local vodka, good dessert and top notch service. I cannot ask for more.... The unbelievable cherry on the top of the cake: 45 Euros! In France this ambience and execution would have set you back 300 Euros. Not Michelin, but unbelievable...... A MUST in Bishkek!
