Thai Laos Cuisine was launched in April 2015 by Nuch. Nuch owns a massage shop next door, True Thai Therapy. She loves to share the food with others and she has been doing this since she was young. Nuch used to run a restaurant in Thailand since she was young and enjoys great food. In Thailand, it is very normal to share food among neighbourhood, especially in the small villages. Nuch loves the warm atmosphere when people get together, eat, drink, chat and laugh together. She wants to bring back those experience from her home country to Edinburgh, Scotland.
