The chewy homemade noodles are off the chain hook. We had egg noodles with cheese sauce and buckwheat noodles with curry sauce. Both were great, and the noodles were the best we’ve had. The curry sauce is reminiscent of a mild to medium yellow Thai curry from the states, both in flavor and spice level.
