Jay - our new and, perhaps, our most romantic restaurant, inspired by the memories of trips to Southeast Asia and China. This is an attempt to share those tastes, aromas and images that make us return there again and again. In our kitchen, we tried to combine the tastes and smells that we already loved, as well as our sometimes unexpected findings.
